Sign-ups will be September 29 & 30, 2010 at the McCrobie Building ballroom and will be held from 7-8 p.m. Please come prepared with all three forms completely filled out and the insurance form must be notarized. No sign-ups will be taken without the proper forms. There will not be a notary public available at sign-ups. Sign-ups can also be done via mail by mailing three forms to Helen Chetney at 210 East 9th Street, Oswego. Envelopes must be post-marked by September 30.
